Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 working days before being booked with the courier or made ready for collection.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times are subject to the courier service selected at checkout. While we do our best to ensure your order is prepared and dispatched promptly, Belle's Books cannot be held responsible for delays, damages, or other issues caused by the courier or circumstances outside of our control.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. Please provide clear photographs of the damaged parcel, packaging, and contents so that we can assist with the courier claim. While damage caused during transit is outside of our control, we will work with you and the courier to help resolve the matter.

If your parcel is not delivered within the courier's expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so that we can follow up with the courier on your behalf. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery delays are outside of our control, but we will assist wherever possible.

Please note: During particularly busy periods or when we are away working on projects, order processing may occasionally take longer than our normal 2–4 working days. If your order is affected by an additional delay, we will contact you and keep you updated.
